Video shows customer who lost it over order mix-up at McDonalds

Police are seeking help in identifying a woman involved in an altercation at a McDonald’s in the Eastgate area. The incident took place on August 6 at the drive-thru of the restaurant located at 7229 E. Washington St.

Captured on video, the woman, who was a passenger in a car, became upset over an incorrect order. She entered the restaurant to confront staff, resulting in a heated argument.
